Our activities in Europa

In addition to intense activity in Italy, we are present and support projects in the Balkans. Ever since Albania opened up to the rest of the world Dokita has had a strong bond with that country in the capital, where it has its own office coordinating operations in Albania and the Balkans. The same office also handled emergency relief efforts for Kosovo and Bosnia. In addition to development cooperation projects co-financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dokita supports some structures of the Albanian corporate entity "Our Lady of Good Counsel", such as the University in Tirana and some basic health care facilities. In Italy Dokita is mainly active in volunteer work, vocational training courses, training of volunteers, as well as the development of education and awareness projects.
